Because we fully scope and design your unit before we quote — including a 3D walkthrough you approve. When the unknowns are removed up front, the price doesn't need a "buffer" that mysteriously gets spent. Changes only happen if you request them, in writing.
Full condo and apartment renovations, typically $30K to $100K+. If your project is smaller or you're early in planning, the estimator will tell you honestly — we'd rather point you in the right direction than over-sell.
For a full gut, most owners move out for the build — and because the date is fixed, you know exactly how long that is. We keep the site protected and the schedule tight so it's weeks, not an open-ended ordeal.
