Condo buildings only allow renovation work during set hours, usually on weekdays, and every noisy stage has to be planned around them. We schedule demolition, tile removal, and drilling within your building’s rules, so you don’t get complaints from neighbours or management. Before any new drilling into the concrete slab, we scan it for embedded cables and conduits. In a high-rise, that’s a must. One thing the building will ask of you personally is the elevator booking: most condos only accept bookings from residents, so we’ll tell you exactly what to book and when.
Can you live in the unit during the renovation? It’s possible, and we’ve done it, but for a full renovation, we honestly recommend staying elsewhere for the main construction weeks. It’s faster for the crew and far more comfortable for you.
